Such a cute card and very simple. I cut all the parts with my craft robo cutting and pasting the different parts to other sheets so that they could be cut from different colors.
I added blue cardstock to the inside of the card for a background and added snowflakes and a tree for added interest.
I printed a caption and mounted it on patterned and solid cardstock.
