Using my Silhouette Cameo, I cut all the included elements from ivory, gold and black yardstick. I then matte and layered the background layers using foam tape.
Coloured the lady with Spectrum Noir Alcohol pens then added her bodice and created the skirt using the feathers, before using foam tape to mount her to the backing layers.
I mounted the whole topper to the front of a cream 8x8 square card. Takes lots of sheets (approx 8 A4) but well worth it. Add your own sentiment to make it a birthday gift. Have fun!!
