Celebration Door Card & BoxCompleted by Gwyneth George
I cut the back and two doors out of Centura Pearl cardstock (with a new blade set quite deep to make sure that I had a good cut).
I cut the bottle pieces out of 240gsm green cardstock, and the glasses and sentiments out of silver textured cardstock.
I used wet glue to put the pieces of the glasses and the bottle together, holding each piece together until the glue grabved.
I put very thin irridescent vellum panels behind each door and the back, attaching in place with strong, red backed, double sided tape.
I used a Zig glue pen over both arches of flowers on the door and put ultra fine, clear, glitter, over them.
I then used template tape to attach the doors to the back and finished off by attaching the glasses, bottle and sentiment.
As this is such a prety design I decided not to put on any further embelishment. It is just gorgeous, and because it comes with a variety of greetings and numbers it can be used for many occasions.
Just think of it with either red glasses or the base card in red for a Ruby wedding anniversary, the possibilities are endless.
