I cut the full page of butterflies out three times using my Cameo cutting machine. Once out of ice white vellum and then out of two different shades of blue Satin Board. I then mixed and matched the different buttefly layers, sticking the flourish tops to the solid base butterfly using glue gel. I shaped the butterflies a bit before sticking to the front of an A5 card that had been matted and layered with cup238033_379 cut from gold, linen textured card and gold mirror board.
These butterflies make a lovely embelishment to a card, whether as a cluster, as on this card, or individually added to another card, such as one with flowers on. With cutting files the choice of colours is up to the person who's cutting - no being constrained to the choice of colours of the designer - so you can go muted, or bright and funky, or make them from whatever is your favourite colours and card/paper to co-ordinate with your other crafting.

You can never have too many Butterflies when crafting, as they're always popular and this collection look lovely when layered together.
I just used the largest and a medium sized one for this card, but you can re-size them to whatever size you need.
Attached three small white faux pearls down the back of each Buttefly, but you could easily decorate them with lots of different embellishments.
