I cut out all elements on my Cameo Machine, assembled using DST, I glittered the lilies and swirls, glued them both to the main card using high tack glue.

I designed the 40th myself and added it with foam pads, I cut out two easels and glued them together to make it more sturdy, added the sentiment with sketch pens.

Finished off with red faux pearls.
