Paper Magic Frame I Do BelieveCompleted by Diane Baldrey

I cut this out on my Cameo using black pearlescent card. I then glued it to some backing paper out of stash which is a full A4 sheet. I left the border around the edge as I intend to frame it and this will help it fit properly.

So easy to do yet stunning.
