Fancy Scroll Layers or CardCompleted by Ann Smith

I used just the two smaller layers each cut in silver and black to create a topper. I matted those to a square cut again from silver and black mounted on a rectangle layer once again cut in silver and black.

I cut a border strip in silver and black onto which I then decided to pleat a cream organza ribbon.

I finished off with two feathers, a matching bow trimmed with a fancy button and some diamond gems. I used a printed sentiment tag.
