I cut out the large flower shape from a faded poppy card and then a smaller one in silver mirror card for the middle, to which I adhered a decoupaged poppy to match the large flower shaped card, I punched out a few leaves in pearlescent green to add behind the poppy, then added a silver ribbon to make the tag.
