Fancy Lattice Card & Layers 3

I cut the base card and the top panel layer out of 250gsm, linen textured, white cardstock using my Silhouette Cameo. I cut another central panel layer out of red cardstock of the same type. I then decidd that I wanted something contrasting behind the fancy lattice to make it really stand out, rather than it sitting against the white of the back of the card, so I cut out a panel of red cardstock out the same size as the back of the card. This panel was stuck inside the card front, attaching it using fingerlift tape behind the central panel. I used 1mm deep, double sided, foam tape to attach each layer of the central panel before using glue gel to attach red flowers made of mulberry paper.

I thought that keeping to a minimal pallete of colours like this gave the card a very striking look.

This is a really intricate design, it must have taken Tina ages to do. I cut the card out with my Silhouette cameo.

I didn't put anything in the middle of the card as I'm not sure what I will use it for as it could be a birthday card or a special anniversary card.
