I created this for a friend's fall wedding. I only cut 3 panels from white shimmer card, then cut the hearts from a bronze and gold shimmer card.
I added some holes to the hearts to run the ribbon thru and tie on the backside.
I attached some fall leaves and will add a greeting to the back of the heart. Makes a lovely, BIG, card.
