I cut the base with white card then cut the mat in a deep purple. I then cut the largest of the layers in a patterned green paper. I then used a digital stamp and paperflowers to embellish
Cut out card layer in white 250gsm white card - then cut out one layer in 170gsm pearlescent red and second layer in 170 pearlescent white card - I embossed the white card layer as well - using a basic flower design i resized into 3 sizes and cut out to make the poinsettia flowers - which once made i used gold glitter glue in the middle for the stamens - i cut out basic leaves design in green 200gsm mirri card and then arranged my flowers on the card - to finish off I added a green/gold greeting topped off with a gold bow -
A really stunning card when finished and the matting layers really compliment the design of the card.
