Anniversary Fancy TopperCompleted by Monika Hall

Made this beautiful topper by Tina Fitch using alternate layers of pale green and white cardstock. I flat layered the bottom 4 layers and added the oval layers by using foam pads.

I finished by adding contrasting green gems and bow and the mounted on a 8 x 8 card which I layered with an embossed mirror card.
