Birthday Wishes Cut Out CardCompleted by Diane Baldrey

I cut this out on my Cameo using an antique gold pearlescent card. I made a black insert and glued into place finishing off with 2 white bows. This is a great quick card that can be used for both male and females just by changing the colours.
