Birthday Wishes Flower TopperCompleted by Monika Hall

Made this beautiful card by cutting all the elements out using the cameo. I used alternate colours of White & Lilac. I place each layer together using foam pads and then mounted the finished topper onto a piece of Purple mirri card.
