I cut these out on my Cameo and have finished off the one with scrolls along the edge. I threaded deep pink ribbon through the slots finishing off with a bow. I punched out some cards and added to decorate finishing them with pink glitter to the centres.
I finished off by adding a pale yellow card insert. Very classic, I have left a greeting off until I decide what I need it for.
