Mary Rose Mother's Day Keepsake & BoxCompleted by Gwyneth George

I cut out the pieces of the box out of 250gsm white cardstock. The vase was cut out of linen textured white cardstock of the same weight, cutting the leaves and stem out of a green shade of the same cardstock. The rose layers were cut out of a textured rose coloured cardstock. I followed the instructions given to stick all the box pieces together, using a quick grab, clear drying, glue to stick everything together. I used the same glue to stick together all the other pieces to make up the rose, stem with leaves and vase as well. I used some fancy border and corner peeloffs to decorate both inside and outside the box.

As I don't need the Mother's Day greeting in English I haven't made this up, but you can see that in the example above.

This looks stunning, but cut out cleanly in my Silhouette Cameo and went together easily.
