Scalloped Layer Cards 15 & 16
Photographs from the Community
I cut the layers of this card out of two different colours of Silk Art cardstock using my Cameo. I then simply folded on the score line, attached the layers in order, some directly on top of the layer beneath and the top layer using 1mm deep, double sided, foam tape. I simply decorated using some shell and ships wheel charms I had in my crafty stash.
Both these cutting files make lovely cards that need little in the way of embelishment, but making them in different colours makes them suitable for different people.
I cut these designs from 160gsm white card. The 1 on the left, I decided to colour the back with yellow chalk and set with hairspray and stuck front to back with a glue pen.
I layered the centre using silicone gel and added a sentiment.
I then mounted this onto a 15cm square card and added 4 gold peeloff corners. The 1 on the right, before layering the 2 lacy toppers, I sprayed the bottom 1 with silver glitter. I layered them onto the base card with silicone gel and then added a silver peeloff sentiment.
