I made the base card from pale blue Centura Pearl and also cut the middle layer from the same card, the remaining layers I cut from white pearl.
I embossed the top layer with an embossing folder.
The flowers were made from punches. the finishing touches include some silver corner peeloffs and 2 pale blue faceted teddy bears.
A lovely cutting file that can be embellished as much or as little as you like.
