To achieve this look I cut the base layer in a sheet from : Petrol On Water - Set One - Ten 12 x 12 Printable Backing Paper Set - CUP1090502_604 . Printed on 250 g Silky Smooth Ultra White card.

The ornate detail I used silver mirror card and a silver patterned card.
