Butterfly Diagonal Border Card

I chose a piece of turquoise blue card and cut the card blank and butterflies using a Craft Robo. For the inside of the card I used a slightly smaller square of shaded blue/cream backing paper.
I put the two butterfly elements together with silicone glue and secured this to the inside of the card. For the outside I used a tag from "word tags" (cup14324_63) which I matted onto a co-ordinating shade of metallic textured card rounding the corners.
I then fixed this to the front of the card with double-sided tape.
To complete I used irridescent glitter glue on the smaller butterfly and light blue on the larger one, also the same irridescent glitter on the wording.
I then added two flower gems and a silver ribbon bow.
