Elegant Lady cardCompleted by Maureen Garrigan - MG Cards & Crafts

I cut this file using white linen card...attached a piece of backing paper behind the cut-out then embellished with black stick on pearls, a peel off sentiment and a silver and black ribbon.

A very easy card to make but very effective...love it.
