I cut the card base from a rainbow effect cardstock. I resized the topper and cut from a white linen effect cardstock. I glued the topper to the card and then added some self adhesive 3D butterflies and flowers.

Finally I cut the sentiment from glitter cardstock and glued to the front of the card. This card cut really well on the Cricut Air. The file includes a variation on the design so it can be made up in different ways.
