This is a Print and Cut design, however only the svg is not a print and cut, but if your software has the ability to print and cut then it can be used to print the design, then cut it.

The Pdf file includes a Jpg file that can be cut by hand. This card finishes out at 5 x 7 inches. It comes in a variety of formats, just pick the one that you need.

They all include a color matched background so you can print the background on one side of the paper then turn it around to print and cut the design.
