Who doesn't like to get flowers! This card lets you do just that and by putting different colored papers under the top layer, you can make them the perfect color for the recipient of this card.

I tied a little tag around the base of the card with jute twine and added a little glitter and bling to the flowers.

Fun and easy to make!
