Cut out design using a printed pastel blue polka dot card. attached a piece of white glitter card for a backing mat.

Printed the flowers and cut by hand. I used pinflair glue to attach them to the card.

When dry I rounded off the corners of the card and decorated with a blue bow and silver peel off.
