I cut a white 8 inch square card on my Cameo welding a hanging border (cup413281_198) to give a pretty edge.

I printed backing paper (cup163793_116) and a topper (300809_572) onto glossy photo paper.

I glued the topper to the card adding a blue ribbon across the middle before gluing on the topper. I cut the inside border out of white card and layered onto the topper using foam pads. I then used foam pads to layer the label (cup404097_596) and stamped a sentiment.
