I cut out the design on the silhouette using double sides blue cardstock. I glued the pieces on white cardstock alternating the light and dark blues. I added flowers on the corners. and wrote the sentiment on the top. "Plant kindness & Gather some Love".
Finally, I added a picture in the frame.
