I duplicated the design and removed the cut outs for the holly leaves on the green layer and moved the fold to create a short fold front.

Added a white panel for greetings, or verse.. which could be left blank for contrast if preferred.

I added tartan ribbon and a die cut sentiment for a splash of color.
