I printed the design on white paper and cut out each element. I then put each element on the colour I wanted to use and cut around with a craft knife.
I embossed the black and white doily and attached these to a white card, raising each element with foam pads to give a 3D effect.
I added a gold and silver heart to the centre of the design ( I didn't want to cover it too much so you could see it) I scattered some small hearts around the card that I cut from the centre of the design.
I used a craft knife to cut the elements, not hard cutting, I used scissors for the black and white doilies and the craft knife for the red swirl.
Great design, I enjoyed the cutting.
