and cut around with a craft knife, I assembled them onto a wobble card and added some stars, silver decoration, a flower to the center and a sentiment. This is very easy to cut out and well worth having. I really enjoy the cutting.){kind=link}

I printed the design on white paper and cut out each element.
I then put each element on the colour I wanted to use ( pale green and dark green )and cut around with a craft knife, I assembled them onto a wobble card and added some stars, silver decoration, a flower to the center and a sentiment.
This is very easy to cut out and well worth having. I really enjoy the cutting.

I used one of my card bases which I cut out with the Silhouette Cameo. The actual topper was done with the Silhouette Cameo and each layer was stuck with 3d foam pads
