Illustration shows sheet made up as a complete card by printing/cutting base layer twice and tieing through the top scallop; the edge of bottom scallop is folded into a neat "step" so card stands up straight - design can also be made into hanging medallion by just sticking back to back or as a regular topper by just printing once and layering for a card front (as a hanging medallion can be used independant of a card as a theme decoration at a childrens birthday party, and scalloped bases by themselves could be used as coasters for the birthday party table )
