21st Key Balloon CardCompleted by Monika Hall

All parts cut from 250gsm card stock in white and pale blue. I layered together using sticky pads and wet glue. The Balloons were put together with wet glue. I added glitter glue to the outline of the top key layer and alternated pearls around outside edge of card.
