I cut all elements on my Cameo Machine. Stuck the two layes of the heart with glue, fed the buckle through the heart and holes provided. Added small faux white pearl hearts & bow, pink rosebud and a pink satin ribbon.
This is a beautiful design and could be used for Wedding or Valentines card,.
