SCANNCUT OPTIMISED Line Art (border Edge) Card 3 with ButterfliesCompleted by Gwyneth George

The design was opened in my Silhouette Studio software, printed out from within the software onto 250gsm Super Smooth cardstock, and then cut out using my Silhouette Cameo. I then used ProMarker pens to colour in the flowers and butterflies. To give a fuller effect to the flowers I used glue gel to stick three of the flower layers to the front of the card, after shaping them, putting them off to one side of the flowers already printed. I dotted the butterflies around then put a double row of purple organza ribbon around the left hand side of the card. I finished the card off with some sitcky back gems coloured with purple metalic ProMarker pen and a "Penblwydd Hapus" (Welsh for Happy Birthday) peeloff greeting before sticking them to the card front.

A great way to make a lovely card as you can colour the flowers and butterflies in to match the recipeint's favourite colours.
