I cut the designs out with my Silhouette Cameo. The layered card was just a shell with layers of the cross stuck together with 3d foam pads.
The second card was again layered but I also made a coloured insert and stuck the front of the card to it using 3d foam pads.
I used 3d foam pads to do the layers.
