I cut the card base and layers out of two shades of blue Blingelicious cardstock. I also cut out some velum flowers and leaves out of green Blingelicious cardstock.

I then used foam tape and glue gel to construct the card, finishing off by adding a greeting "Penblwydd Hapus" - which is Welsh for "Happy Birthday" - that I'd also cut using my ScanNCut, this time out of holographic vinyl.
