Once again Tina obliged by sending me a PDF file so that I could cut this delightful card by hand.Be warned though - if you're into the art of paper cutting - it is not for beginners.This design is delicate & intricate & a wonderful card for either a girl or boy.When I finished cutting - using white spangled 220gsm card - I glued to another piece of the same card & cut again so that the spangled effect was double-sided & to give a bit more stability.I cut one pram from blue glitter card & used foam pads to attach to the inside.I also used this card to highlight the arches.I embellished with ribbon roses, stickers, sequins & buttons from stock.I am very grateful to Tina for this beautiful design which will gladden the hearts of any recipients.
