I cut out using 2 shades of pink card and added spotty paper to the base. I punched and embossed lots of tiny flowers from the same spotty paper (2 shades) and covered the centre heart with these.

I added the flowers using silicone adhesive and added a pearl to the centres. I added 2 leaf stems to the base and a matching sentiment for the stopper. This is so delicate and pretty and can be used for any accasion
