Stained Glass Butterfly & Card - SilCompleted by Gwyneth George

I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut the main card layer out of blue cardstock and all the other layers out of various shades of irridescent/metalic vellum. I then folded the card and attached the various layers of the butterfly, one outside, and the rest built up inside the card.

With the vellum there's a more subtle change of colours between the various different layers, but a more marked effect could be had by using glitter card of different colours, or brightly coloured paper, in fact you could make your butterfly just about any colour you want.
