I have made a couple of cards with this pattern. The card on the bottom, I printed once and then cut. I used Kindy glitz to highlight the berries and added ribbon where the bows are.

For the top card, I printed twice and used the electronic cutter to cut. From the second sheet I hand cut the presents and added with silicone. I then embellished with liquid pearls and ribbon
