The center can have your greeting or can be used to display a photo instead with the greeting on the back. Use the cut out center as a template to cut your photo.

I cut using my craft Robo,in three co-ordinating shades of gold textured card,then added the layers with gel glue I have left the base of the top layer open to allow for a photograph to be added,I then finished by adding gemstones to the center of each flower,Makes a lovely keepsake for the recipient.
