Scallop Circle Nestie 2 and Mats - SilCompleted by Keeley Towler

I used a cutting machine to cut two mats (plain circles) and a larger decorative piece. On the smallest of the plain circles, I stamped and coloured an image and then layered the pieces before adding to a card front.
