Scallop Oval Nestie and Mats - SilCompleted by Keeley Towler

This file is very versitile and can be used for some many projects. In this card, I have used backing paper cup301373_1056 pretty little floral swirls and have printed the design twice.

One was attached to the card front and from the second print, I used the cutting file to cut a highlight section of the card from the plain oval and using a coordinating colour cut a scalloped edges mat.
