I cut this out of my Cameo using white pearlescent card. I embossed the side layers and attached using foam pads. I glued the lattice onto the backing card and then used foam pads to attached to the central column.

I then decorated with a floral decoupage image from my stash and added a leafy flourish to each side using glue gel (cup359658_1492).
