Scalloped on Your Wedding Day 3D Bell Card - /camCompleted by Sarah Langford

I cut the base card from a 250gsm pearlescent card, the second layer was cut from a silver flower embossed card 160gsm and the top layer and bells were cut from an embossed 160gsm car, finished off with a few white 3mm pearls and a couple of bows. this card is so easy to make and looks stunning when finished.
