The file includes the fishbowl shaped aperture card, water effect panel with cut out hearts and bubbles for inside the card, toppers for the sand and fish, frame for the front of the card plus the sentiment.
Assembly instuctions are also included.
Suitable for a number of occasions such as Valentines Day, Engagement, Anniversary etc. by adding a different sentiment.

I cut the shaped base card from white 220 gsm cardstock and the remaining parts from 180 gsm card in various colours.
I used wet glue to attach the water effect panel to the inside back of the base card and stuck the sand and fish toppers to the outside front aligning them with the cut out shapes on the base card.
The front frame is cut from pearlised light blue card and attached to the card base using wet glue.
