I cut the sheet out of an irridescent card, with a hint of off white silver, using my CraftROBO. I stuck a sheet of Acetate behind the cutout across the whole of the front of the card and then coloured in the back of this using my ProMarkers. To finish off the card I stuck a sheet of gold mirror card behind the acetate and stuck some gold peeloffs on the front.
All the "over the edge" cutout cards create lovely cards and I've loved playing around with different mediums to put behind the cutout shapes for different effects.
Cut using the option of a contrasting backing. Added a sentiment. This is a very easy project with no layers and no re-sizing needed, which is great if you're new to cut files.
These could be made up as sets for gifts very quickly.
This is such a pretty card so I just left it as it was. I used 200gsm cardstock and cut the design out with my Silhouette 2 machine.
