I used my Brother Scan and Cut to make up this item. I used a Teal Green top card and a Art Deco decorative paper as the base card.

I then put all the elements together using double sided tape making sure to line up the pieces as much as possible. Then I added a Happy Birthday Sticker as i felt that the tag took to much away from the bag but thought it could be used on the parcel its self or used on the bag as required. Then I added a Ribbon.
