Heart Card Template and Matching Topper

Made this using a pale blue back ground for the mat layer, which I placed on an 8 x 8 card.

I then cut the topper from this file with my cameo, in white and placed it onto the mat using foam pads.

I decorated the outer border with gem stones, and placed a single layer picture in the centre using foam pads.I added the greeting and Nan above and below the centre circle and added the age onto the heart of the picture.

I cut the lovely frame and backing In the chosen colours on 160 gsm card stock I then used foam pads and attached the base and mat to an 8 by 8 card added a peel off and little topper gorgeous
