I cut the layers of this topper using white card and blue pearlescent card alternating the colours. I used foam pads for the bottom layers and glued the top layer.
I made a card to fit using white card and cut a lattice pattern to fit (cup326466_1415) to give an embossed look to the card.
To finish I simply added a bow and a few pearls.
